My answer is he needs help and is asking you to help him. My thought would be get rid of the internet. Since that is not logical tell him to control himself and talk to his wife about the problem. It is not the internet he is having problems with it is his life with his wife. You should never be afraid to talk with the one you are supposed to love and trust. Also if he can talk to you about his sex problems is that not a sign that he can not talk to his wife? The fact that sex is personal and private and the fact that he talks openly with you about it tells me it is not her with the problem. She may not even know there is one.

Whats the scripture..? If your eye is making you stumble tear it out. better to enter the kingdom of god with only one eye than to die with two (or something like that)
this may be hard in this day and age but he cold get rid of his computer or maybe just the internet, or failing that get someone else to put a security program with password protection (that he cant know) on his pc.
If he honestly wants to get rid of this filthy habit he will. There are ways
Being made into a eunuch would solve all his problems :)

First he needs to pray for God's strength to avoid the temptation. Then he needs to find a fellow Christian who will hold him accountable who he can call when he feels the temptation.

m'kay there's your problem, you care about weather he is saved, not about his personal choices. if he wants to get out he should see a psychologist not a "holy" man.
