What is the meaning of this saying of Jesus in Mathew 6.34.?
Do not worry about tomorrow. For tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
How a day can care for it? How it takes troubles? What Jesus mean?

i had a pastor in florida explain it best for us..... we lived where there could be hurricanes and BAD hurricanes. taking in line Matthew 6 25-34 you were not to worry. now during hurricane season you would PREPARE - storing water, food and other emergency supplies but you didn't sit every day and just worry about what MIGHT happen. you didn't board up your windows and wait in fear. you lived your life, knowing you were prepared SHOULD something happen. you didn't stop living out of owrry and fear, you trusted in the Lord.

He's telling you to live in the 'now' - to focus your thoughts inward and pay attention to yourself and everything around you in this moment right now because it is all that exists. The reference to tomorrow taking care of itself is to say that you should have faith everything will work itself out. That you do not need to spend time planning and reminiscing, that whatever is needed of you in that moment will come to your awareness when it is relevant, and if you are in touch with your present self and not clouded with so many thoughts of the future and memories of the past you can clearly evaluate what the present moment needs. Eckart Tolle's 'The Power of Now' is a great book that talks about that.

Remember how Jesus taught His followers to pray, "Give us this day our daily bread...."? It's the same principle here. Those with faith in God can take one day at a time, trusting God to provide for them according to their needs. This stops them fretting needlessly about days, weeks, months or even years ahead. Someone has said that worry is the interest paid now on debts not yet accrued.
Jesus also gave the parable of the prosperous farmer who planned to build bigger barns to store his grain, after which he would put up his feet and enjoy his wealth. He was declared to be a fool because God was going to demand his soul from him that very night. If we are right with God, our priorities are sorted. Then we can have confidence in God for each day because He has already taken care of our eternal future. That means we can stop worrying!

(Matthew 6:34) So, never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Sufficient for each day is its own badness.
Don't stress out on tomorrows troubles. Today will have enough for you to think about.

It means concentrate on the present ...
for temptation comes because of the word...
and if concentrate on the present u will do well to do ur work excellently..that's the purport...
jesus did his work in midst of great temptation he has to pray daily in isolation on what he has to do the next day...
and what he did three years is exceptional as he says ...
"the birds have nest and foxes have holes but the son of man has no where to put his head on!
it spokes about the pain in his ministry.
a true messiah.
it also means shorten ur load by being in the present like hearing Vishnu sahasranaama...
its no wonder people in tirupathy said he did minstry with lord venkatesha...or holy cross.
Sanitarian master.

He was saying tomorrow will begin and end like any day (hence "take care of itself) so dont worry about it so much because we are in today and today has its own worries. Don't over-stress basically.

at Exodus 16:4 when moses and the israelites were in the wilderness God provided manna (food) for them each day as long as they obeyed him they needed not to worry about the next day regarding their food.
Matthew 6:34
God will take care of us each day. We should not worry about tomorrow. At matthew 6:9-10 Jesus taught his desciples to pray give us today our bread for this day. So as long as we are obedient to what God ask of us he will make sure we are taken care of regarding our necessities such as food.

You have no proof tomorrow will ever come. Do not put off what you can do today. Do not say tomorrow. I come as a thief in the night. Today people died were they making plans for tomorrow do you think? Are they gonna be anywhere else but a funeral?

I also think it means focus on the present but also not to be so preoccupied with the things of this world especially regarding the future that your heart is not set on the Spirit as He also said to Martha.
