Simply put, yes it is. The storage required for things like movies and game data, not to mention games you might choose to put on your hard drive to make the games load faster, will exceed 4GB at some point. Get the 250GB bundle, you won't regret it.
Edit:
4GB console costs $200 or 4GB kinect bundle costs $300 and 250GB kinect bundle costs $400. Not sure why you put extra $150. It's just an extra $100

I'd say yes.
Kinect is sold out just about everywhere, so you could always eBay your Kinect unit. Just make sure you sell it to a 360 s (or slim) owner, as the bundled unit has no power supply. It uses the new Kinect port and doesn't need the external power supply.
To address the storage issue you can add a couple of 16B USB memory sticks.

Well that depends. If you're interested in Kinect, then sure, go ahead.
But if you're not, I found a bundle that doesn't contain a Kinect motion device:

As far as memory goes, you should defiantly consider something a bit more than just 4GB -- but that depends on what type of gamer you are.

go for the 250g bundle, 4g is nothing really, thats only a few games and for downloadable stuff not even close.
