Christmas dessert ideas?

We usually have Christmas pudding and shortbread cookies for dessert. This year, I want to add something new to the mix. Nothing too rich, and for a mostly adult crowd. Thanks!

    Dont you hate it when people bake cakes or muffins or brownies? Make something extraordinary, spectacular, outstanding, and most importantly: yummy. Make eclares (french dessert).
