    1 Corinthians 7:15

    But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.

    So, when you two can't seem to work it out and dwell together peacefully.

    Explain what a mitzvah is? God hates divorce but he will allow it because of hardness of heart. (Teachings of Jesus).
