Is there a boy's 'coming of age' book similar to American Girl's "The Care and Keeping of You"?
Love 'The Care and Keeping of You' for girls and am wondering if there's something similar for boys.
We're very open with the kids, too. But, remembering my own adolescence and knowing that every child learns differently, I like for them to have a resource that they can go to, on their own, too, for those times when hormones and uncertainty overwhelm them & leave them not confident enough to come right out & ask what they're worried about.

I dont know what the girls book is about, but I know there are a few for boys, I have bought some for my cousin for her tween sons. Here are 3 that I know of. (I found their links on Amazon so you can see the covers.) Hope this helps! ;]

Don't know of any books, other than the dated but perennial favorite, "The Facts of Life and Love" by Evelyn Duvall. But the website below has lots of useful information for all ages, kids and parents.

We just talked to our son about it all, we asked he if had questions and whatever he asked, we answered. We've always been very open with our kids, so they know they can ask us questions whenever they need to.

I got my son "What's Going On Down There?!" for questions he wasn't comfortable asking me.
