No engine codes, bucks on start-off...hmmm.. I suspect a slipping clutch, but you said it doesn't slip. I'm sorry but I have to give a smart a$$ answer, since there's little left to diagnose. Sometimes only German mechanics can sort these cars out and that's the way they made it. If an O2 sensor was bad there would be a trouble code. Many OBD2 checkers won't read Volkswagens without the special adaptor for VW. Take it to "Fritz" and have them use the right Code scanner. There, that wasn't so smart asss, was it.

you probably did no longer say how low? the pointy left turn that made the gentle come on meant the slosh for an instant decrease oil tension, yet that may no longer deadly. there'll nevertheless be some oil slick interior the bearings, so it may be ok. yet then WHY did you force it domicile with out fixing the inability of oil? whether it is that low, then the oil is amazingly skinny and intensely over worked. you ought to have right now crammed it and instructed us what share quarts it took. so which you under no circumstances instructed us how low it actually became into? in case you have a mechanical oil tension gauge put in, you could tell whether it is okay or no longer. in case you harmed the bearings, then oil tension will constantly be low, because of the fact that's going to get away from the worn bearing. some thing like 10 psi at idle, and over 40 psi at hight revs. If low, then bearing is undesirable and desires replace. yet you could replace rod bearings interior the vehicle. only drop the pan. yet no longer a role for an amateur. want a torque wrench and a few understanding on issues like bearing shell tangs.
