It's the same opinion about violence against men and children.

I don't like it and it shouldn't happen.

I've heard stories of women who've thrown things at their husbands or picked a fight with their boyfriends I don't have to see a video "making up" those situations to dream it up. It happens, not sure where you or the makers of the video have been. Luckily I can't say it's happened to me (I've been hit by girls but it was a different situation and a different discussion). Strangely enough, it doesn't get the same condemnation violence against women does. I wonder why?

To answer the question, I despise violence against women. I usually despise violence in general though and don't feel the need to assign genders. I do think serious cases of abuse are more likely to occur to women so there is a bit of a need for awareness of it but it's not a universal truth, far from it.

The REAL question is - WHY is society so accepting of violence against males by women? It's glorified in the media!

The TRUTH is that the majority of domestic violence cases are perpetrated by women, NOT men.

Just LOOK at the legal system and you tell me it's not sexist!!!

Laws such as Bill 117 state that if a Female makes an accusation of domestic violence then the male she made the accusation against MUST be arrested.

And 'The Primary Aggressor Law' states that an arrest cannot be made based on who inflicted the most violence and initiated the violence. Instead it is to be based on who the officer at the scene thought was and is the "primary aggressor". The officer determines this based on who he believes poses a greater threat due to physical size or any other reason he thinks of, regardless of whether it had anything to do with the incident that occured.

This law was brought in after feminists claimed that females *only defend themselves* and that is why they end up inflicting more damage than the male inflicted on a lot of occasions.

Therefore when the Government perform their *studies on domestic violence* and they look at the amount of people who are arrested etc, of course their statistics are going to be so one sided.

And during a divorce, many lawyers encourage their female clients to make FALSE accusations of domestic violence to prolong the procedure which then forces the male to defend himself from the accusations, and in the process they ruin his reputation, cause a time delay and prevent him from providing his defence as to why he should obtain custody of the children.

As a result, most often the female will obtain custody of the children.

Violence against women is justified in self defense And it should be proportional to the danger at hand. You don't shoot a woman because she threw a piece of toast at you.

My opinion on 'Violence against Women' is EXACTLY the same as 'Violence towards AnyOne'.

    It ought NOT to happen.
