Why am i so skinny, and what should i do to bulk up?

I am 15, five feet and 8 inches tall. Not that weird. but i only weigh about 118 pounds. Im dont have any eating disorders, quite the opposite. I eat every 30 minutes. I am athletic, i am involved in many sports, but am i unhealthy?

    No, don't worry about it too much. You're at that age where the body just behaves weird and is going to do what it wants...which in this case sounds like stay skinny. You'll grow out of it.

    In the meantime....best way to bulk up really isn't a rocket science. Lift weights, make sure you have plenty of recovery between workouts, eat lots of food, preferably high in protein and complex carbs. Go whole wheat with all your bread, and drink a ton of milk!!!

    Peanut butter is also a miracle food for weight gain, two small tablespoons is 200 calories! Eat up!

    Ok so you wanna gain weight??

    And no you're not unhealthy its your metabolism rate.

    Start eating more but eat nutritious food high in calories, but work out also.
