You will regret it. It will be a tough image to see but he is your father and if you don't take this chance to clear things up they will live with you for the rest of your life.

You will regret it. You will not get the chance again. Besides, you are the one wanting to go. No one is trying to make you do something you don't want to do. Your mom needs to get over it. You are just going to see him. It's not like you are saying your dad is the best.
