cut off circulation.....?
I got my 2 year old son some boots and he wore them for the first time today, you tighten them with an elastic, i will show a picture, anyway all of a sudden while in the mall he starts screaming, i couldnt figure out what was wrong, i took off his boots and his legs were red with a white band imprinted in his legs, he was fine as soon as i took the boots off.. bu now 3 hours later hes running a low grade fever.. could this have anything to do with it?
and yes i did check to see how tight it was before leaving he could have easily played with them while sitting in his carriage.

I am not a pediatrician. But, in many cases, I have heard of toddlers being stressed to the point of having physical ailments, one of which could be a fever. Keep your son cool if you can, but not cold. For a 2 year old, you will need to check with your doctor and see if some type of children's medicine will help. I would recommend returning the boots. By all means, do not put those boots back on your son. It sounds like they are doing more harm than good.
