It was a man singing and although it was played at a funeral it was happy upbeat song.

every so often I get stabbing pains either in my wrist, my elbow, my knee, my throat, the back of my kneck or my breast, Ive gotten them all my life but they only last about 5 seconds so i never really paid attention to it, but its starting to scare me, Im 22, I have children and otherwise im in good health other than some chronic stomach problems (gastritis)..

I prefer varadero or holguin but im open to other suggestions. so far we would be about 12 adults and 3 children, all flights leaving from montreal. Im hoping for maximum 1000$ per person with taxes but im not sure how realistic that would be, My main concern is my guests being able to afford the trip.

-How much would it typically cost per person at a 3.5-4 star resort taxes included during the month of january?

-How much does insurance typically cost?

So I had My wedding booked when all of a sudden i got the urge to have a destination wedding. So im trying to look at my options. Im going to have the destination wedding with my close family and then come back for a small reception for everyone else.

Did you have or have u been to a sun destination wedding?

Okay, So I had 3 children in a row, And ever since then I am a bit self conscious. I am 5 foot and I weigh about 133, I know i have a bit of a tummy but when i look in the mirror.. I look fine, I like my appearance, but when I take pictures or use my webcam I look fat and pale. When I see myself as a 3rd person.. I cant believe how bad i look. If it really me? Or is the '10 lbs gain' on photos true..I've never been photogenic lol.

I'm trying to find out what's wrong with me, fortunately i live in canada with free health care.. unfortunately i can only see a gastroenterologist in june. ( app made in september).

so since having my 3rd child in october 2009 ( 3 children ages 1 2 and 3)

I've been having these attacks every so often..

here are my symptoms from the beginning:

flatulence

belching ( sometimes sulfer, or rotten egg odour)

then the pain starts right in the middle of the stomach

then the back pain starts

then the diarhea

then the nausea

this is when i usually force myself to be sick and it slowly gets better.

then i feel really really drained and tired.

it usually lasts 2-4 hours but it has lasted upto 12. it normally starts in the early hours of the morning (around 4)

negative for h.pylori

upper gi is good, irritated stomach and slow spasms of sphincter ??( no ulcer)

I've been on tums, pepto bismol, zantac, maalox, prevacid, ive taken h.pac and im now on

domperidone... but i still get these attacks

ive looked up so many things, gallbladder matches up except for pain in right side.

this pain is unbearable i usually cry like a baby rolled up ina ball

Our topic is life as a mom.

My mom has a histoy of abdominal problems. starts when she had a gastric bypass about 18 years ago.

she's has had multiple bowel obstructions, multiple operations to fix them, shes had her gall bladder out, last year she was in the hospital for diverticulitis, masses in the liver, she had her appendix taken out at the same time. Shes on multiple medications for stomach problems, all these problems usually start out in the month of december.. I dont know if stress caues it but..its horrible to see her go through pain.

This time its in the upper left abdomen and it hurts when she coughs. My guess with the location is the spleen.. otherthan the pain and the swollen belly and the shocking when she coughs there arent any other symptoms other than fatigue.. she's also feeling down alot (mentally)

after all the things she's been through its really hard to get her to go to the hospital, last year when her pain started she toughed it out to the point where something had bust and she was poisoning herself.. but yes i will be getting her to the doctor soon.

wat do you think the pain could be? upper left abdomen apin ( she describes it as nagging pain), swollen, shocking pain when coughing.

I got my 2 year old son some boots and he wore them for the first time today, you tighten them with an elastic, i will show a picture, anyway all of a sudden while in the mall he starts screaming, i couldnt figure out what was wrong, i took off his boots and his legs were red with a white band imprinted in his legs, he was fine as soon as i took the boots off.. bu now 3 hours later hes running a low grade fever.. could this have anything to do with it?

and yes i did check to see how tight it was before leaving he could have easily played with them while sitting in his carriage.

I am having a christmas themed wedding in december 2011.

It's not going to be an expensive wedding, we are renting a hall and everything is mostly going to be done on our own ( with family help)

Colors - im seeing red, silver, white with, green pine and lights.

Center pieces, maybe some ornaments in a bowl or something home made with acorns or something along those lines

Favors, Im thinking somehting like short bread cookies wrapped in pretty transparent paper and a ribbon and maybe an ornament with our date painted on, maybe a mini box of home made chocolate, i hate the original favors most people give, where they usually just end up in a drawer somewhere.

On arrival I was thinking of giving something like hot chocolate or egg nog along with the cookie wedding favor

FOOD! is my main issue, Its going to be home made.

It will be a buffet.

Turkey,Ham,cranberries, pickles mustard olives, that type of stuff bread and butter,salads but then i also want to have other types of stuff, I was thinking swedish meat balls...what else could i make??

after the food we will have cake and coffee..

I had my baby a little over 12 months ago, by cesarian section. Since giving birth I have been vomiting multiple times a week. The doctors can't explain anything, I have got nowhere to turn to. Has anyone else experienced this?

Im looking for ideas for a cold buffet for my 2 year olds birthday coming up, it will be mostly adults. Im looking for something quick and easy to make for 25-30 people, i usually make a cold buffet but i want to spice it up a bit, i find what i usually make is getting quite boring. so ideas for sandwiches, salads, any other finger foods is greatly appreciated. and i always like to have 1 or 2 hot plates but again something simple, last year it was curry and rice, and the year before it was swedish meatballs. If i see something appealing I'll message you for a recipe if thats ok..

all this is in order, from beginning to end, after the vomiting and diarrhea is done, i feel like im in heaven, i have such a sence of relief, but VERY tired after, very weak feeling.

This usually happends after i eat certain foods, but theres always a new food that starts the pain up again.

I've had a barium swallow done and everything was fine other than slow spasms of the duodenal, but that isnt where the worst pain is.

Ive been prescribed prevacid and librax(only when needed, which ive started taking before every meal)

i intend on asking my gp for a referal to a gastroenterologist because this is ridiculous now, i want to live normally.

I know this is food related but there must be a reason why im getting these symptoms.. something somewhere must be wrong.
