There are no knowledge/wisdom property rights. Why?
We have 'Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)".
We have no "Knowledge Property Rights (KPR)".
We also have no "Wisdom Property Rights (WPR)".
Why can't we have the KPR and WPR?

There could be many reasons. If the tenant is alcoholic or a drug addict they most likely wont care much about other peoples property. Another reason could be cash. Rents these days are ridiculous. Its hard to afford to have a roof over your head so they may rent out their couch and bring in extra people. PETS!!!! Having a pet when living in apartments i not a good idea but if someone has a pet and they love that pet but cant afford extra deposits then of course they will try to hide the pet. I did that with a cat once. Another reason could be someone who doesn't like the landlord purposefully trashing the place, especially on eviction. Ive done that myself. Lucky for the landlord the paint balls gun shot washable paint balls lol. Im older now then back then so I respect the landlord as long as they respect me. If a landlord is a complete jerk to their tenants they may just cut their own throats expecting a tenant to respect them back. There are just too many reasons why a tenant would do those things. I knew a guy in Oregon who fought with is wife all the time plus he did meth. Once he got evicted they needed a trash container to empty the house and all the doors had been ripped from the hinges. \ Best bet is don't rent to young egotistical boys especially if you smell beer at the first meeting lol.

The very existence of such rights (KPR, WPR), would 'expose' the stupidity of such a society!
First of all, it is very difficult to quantify the 'contents' of such knowledge or wisdom, if at all somebody 'seeks' to 'register' it.
Basically, the IPR confines to dealing with 'handling' of material aspect of life. It has commercial value in its intrinsic nature. It can be traded, and physically handed over for value, in a perceivable form (whether tangible or intangible). IPR has 'specific application', again, for commercial value. By itself, it does not seek to confine the 'ethics' of a person! (The end use depends upon the 'subjective disposition' of a person/persons.)
(Oh! We end up in a 'compare and contrast' exercise between the first and the other two!).

Simply because the system is in need to be recognized first and be put into those rights that you seek. Just like Albert Einstein theory... It was all written in a piece of broken Manila envelop but was accepted as his Theory of Relativity. E=M.Csquared!

How do you say knowledge / wisdom property has no rights! when ever these are positively reciprocated by masses rightness of it comes into effect, and satisfaction felt in you is the certificate for "property right".

fortunately the setup is as you have stated it. if otherwise, more fundamental questions would arise.
intellectual property rights pertain to products of intellect which is a plane of mind that remains individual. that is, ideas are products of intellect and are the creations and therefore the possessions of those individuals who create them. knowledge and wisdom however arise from more universal planes of mind than intellect, and therefore are not the creations of solely individual mind. therefore they are not owned by individuals.
while my wording might not be precise here, i hope that the gist of my point has come through.

I too had the same view. I have already sent my suggestions to the appropriate authorities for consideration. If few more people send an appeal like this, I think they will definitely look into it seriously.

Well, whose to say that you can't create these kinds of rights? I have been told to believe that you can do anything you want and if you find a basis for these rights then go for it:) Best Wishes!
