cure for fungal infection on the face?

i had a scaly red sore beside the nose and I think it's fungi, because I had a jock itch before but i treat it now with cream and decreased the sore on the groin part where the jock itch is, and now the groin is a bit healed I guess because it decrease the soreness of the groin and now its a bit itchy but not like before where I can't sleep because of it, now I had a new problem I think I contaminate my pimple then I scratch it so it contained the fungi that i had on my groin so what treatment shall I use for my face fungal infection, its not that large it's size is 1.5cm by 1.4 cm... its sometimes flaky you can see the difference with other part of the skin's surface..

Update:

you're right doctor but I'm confident that this is a fungal infection because it really matches the skin's surface of my groin when it's in a bad condition just like before. But I already treat it with Canesten clotrimazole. And thanks to you all.

Without seeing the rashes, I cannot validate that your diagnosis is correct. My "gut feeling" is that you're not dealing with a fungus infection at all, but rather an inflammatory condition, instead. But, without the benefit of a couple of good, sharp pictures, it's not possible to tell you for sure. Why not show the problems to your dermatologist?
