    Assuming that this island is in a body of salt water and that we know nothing about the surrounding area.

    Something to boil water in, e.g. like a coffee pot

    A large piece of plastic for condensing boiled water, shelter, etc.

    A really good bushcraft knife. could be used for manufacturing shelter, obtaining food, etc.
