When you click the report icon you remain anonymous. The violation is issued automatically, yahoo staff only get involved if someone contests the violation.

You click the report abuse button for their question and answer
Mark the illegal button and in the comment box write Inappropriate user name
Every answer they give report it.
You can't get more private then that since it is anonymous

Strange address but its correct. Include the URL for the individuals profile with an explanation and links to the posts.

Paste the URL of their profile page and the URL of any offensive material to an email and sent it to;
