What should this characters name be?
It's for a novel I'm writing.
He has black hair that's straight and shaggy/longish. Midnight black eyes and tan skin that has a scar stapled along the place where a dimple would be if he had them. He has a rock hard body and is a runner and soccer player. Tall (six feet two inches) and is seventeen but is immortal and has been around since the mid 1600s. (He's NOT NOT NOT a vampire, FYI. They're dumb, sorry.) He's also very seductive and flirtatious but distant at times. Perfect flirt, basically.
I was thinking something sexy that has an old fashion ring it. (ex. Jace, Ky, Cowen, Nathaniel, etc...)
Thanks in advance!
Ok so do any of you like the name Daniel? My friend recommended it and I thought it had a...sweet but sexy ring to it that was also old fashion. So far I think Daniel is my favorite (i wouldn't call him Dan, Danny, etc...) or Jareth is pretty cool to.

Jace does not have an old fashioned ring to it. It sounds incredibly modern. And I'm pretty sure Ky would be spelled Kai.
I think Silas sounds good for this character.

Old fashioned would be best since he's been around since 1600 something. Or somethin unique like an angel name.
I like
Bradford…old fashioned but you can nicknamed him Brad to make him fit in.
Lucas "Luca" or "Luke"
Azrael
Samael---has the Angel name ending "ael" and is similar to Samuel. Old fashioned enough and cute nicknames.
Jareth***** my fave so far.

If he's been around since the 1600's, you'll want a name that was popular then and from the country he originally came from. It gives the story just that much more credibility. I love how it's starting out!

Ellis
Alton
Blake

Definitely seems like a Steele Hathaway to me. I also thought of a Finley Jameson. (:
