Dr. Manmohan Singh in his SHREWD speech at Congress Plenary conclave asserted that “like Caesar’s WIFE, the PRIME MINISTER should be above suspicion”.

Well said – but basic doubt is whether the person who drafted the speech [self defeating] really read and understood the FICTION of 1st century BC which gave raise to a PROVERB.
