Dr. Manmohan Singh in his SHREWD speech at Congress Plenary conclave asserted that “like Caesar’s WIFE, the PRIME MINISTER should be above suspicion”.

Well said – but basic doubt is whether the person who drafted the speech [self defeating] really read and understood the FICTION of 1st century BC which gave raise to a PROVERB.

In the FICTION Pompeia Sulla 2nd WIFE of Julius CAESAR is the daughter of Roman DICTATOR Lucius. 2nd WIFE of CAESAR is depicted as “EMPTY HEADED” woman. CAESAR marries her for POLITICAL EXPEDIENCY [not out of love and affection].

In the fiction a young man PUBLIUS CLODIUS PULCHER managed admittance at Via Sacra [Caesar’s residence] during Bona Dea festival where no man was permitted.

CAESAR gave no evidence in the seduction case, but Caesar DIVERCED Pompeia Sulla – this gave raise to a proverb “Caesar’s wife must be above suspicion”.

Platform at 20 to 30 KMS deep into the sea just like Bombay High Oil Platform will be costing about Rs.200 Crores (about 500 million US dollars). Desalinated water will be filled into water bags with carrying capacity of 20 lakhs litres.

Effective and cheap mode of cheap transportation:

Since density of pure water is less than that of seawater, the Bags with 20 lakhs litres of desalinated water will stay afloat and easy to tow the bags to the shore by boat. LTTD is better than desalination using the Reverse Osmosis technology. Regarding transmission of electricity from 30 kms. From deep sea-to-sea shore is not at all an issue. All these need to be seen only when production is started!

Will this be commercially viable? How many other Countries venture on these types of research?

NIOT successfully demonstrated OTEC project and generated electricity with the technology based on the difference between surface water and the water at a depth of 200 metres.

Barge (100M x 20M) used for OTEC project will be used as platform erected 20-30 KM from seashore. This Platform (just like Bombay High Oil Platform will be costing about Rs.200 Crores (about 500 billion US dollars). Desalinated water will be filled into water bags (made of synthetic materials) with carrying capacity of 20 lakhs litres.

Is there any International Agencies/NGOs (who monitor air pollution - O zone depliction) took up the cause of loss of Oxygen/Hydrogen in the outer atomosphere due to Aeroplanes flying with air breathing engines to reduce the fuel consumption. Is there any study on the subject of applying air breathing appratus to reduce fuel consumption and the effect of reduction in Oxygen/Hydrogen content in the atmosphere?

I have hot property that can be developed (to Customer's requirement) for rental to Banks/Corporate Offices - property located just opposite to upcoming MRTS Station/Inner Ring Road adjacent to big School/bus stand. Do Bank give loan against Property (50% of value of property) and by taking the property on lease/rent.

the knee pad should be assembly of three parts (for thigh>knee Joint>leg) to give/allow natural moment - for a weak polio affected leg. Pad should transfer the body weight (first at Thigh then dirctly to bottom of Leg - to reduce strain to Knee joints/leg. Pad should facilitate easy walking. It is understood that as per MRTS guidelines, MRTS stations will be located at a distance of 1.2KM - Length of Station will be around 300M and width will be 30M (300x30M). If we take width of IRR(20M) it will be about 50M. -- Because of overhead Power Line MRTS Line will run from 5KM to 4.2KM in the surface (Land) - thjereafter it is understood that MRTS Line will be elevated. CMDA & TN govt. also have in principle proposal to utilise open air space of about 2,00,000 sq.M for commercial purpose. -- it is expected that rail ramp will run about 1.1 KM to reach highest level. MRTS train will have initially 6 coaches and then it will be increased to 9 coaches.- to carry around 90,000 passenger per hour. if we calculate, the station is likely to at 3000KM from Mount) 2000M away from Velachery. -- can anyone find out and tell the exact location of Puzhuthivakkam MRTS Station. CMDA have CITZEN QUARUM - PUBLIC HEARING (for hearing/redressal of grievances).they can be approached.

There are many settlers constructed houses at Puzhuthivakkam with approved Lay-out/plan approval, etc.,

Construction Area for Railway Station require large area.

residents are worried about the exact locations of the Railway Station - to get satisfied that they are not displaced.

my feeling is that Railways plan will be such that the displacement of residents will not be there -- many disagree

Ocean Thermal Energy conversion - project on converting thermal energy to electricity e.g. below 100Metre temperature will be very low and ocean surface energy will be above ambient temperature. - this conversion generate heat and can produce electricity. can any one explain on this project.

Option open to me is to go for out right sale and look for new property within the budget and without any hassle.. Alt. can I construct 1+2 floors, sell one floor and retain 2 floors (one for Residential and other for SME - say Business Centre with all infrastructure-Office sharing. As per the market rate sale value of one floor will finance me surplusly to finance the entire activity. I need not take any loan. I am about 62 years with 40 years experience in Office Management & also const. work -- I can work for another 8 years and transfer the business to my children. If I sell the property,it is next to impossible to acquire one in the nearest area and I will be pushed only to a remote.place. Which one is wiser to do. What is the effect of 5th Running Dasha (inspite of Yogakaraka). Until now my whole life is like a Bull chasing the gross tied on its Horn. Will there be any improvement in life in present Venus Yogakaraka Dasha (after Moon Bukthi in Venus Mahadasha -- Venus & Moon are placed 8th/6th Asta-sasta in Natal Rasi chart).

At Navamsa Venus is "neecha" in Kanni & Sun is "neecha" at Thula.
