Death metal bands that sing clean?
i wanna know if there is a band that plays music similarly to cannibal corpse, Death, Dying fetus etc. but sings like a young James Hetfield or Phil Anselmo in Pantera. So basically what im saying is, are there any death metal bands that sing not growl/scream?

Well you can't really find many bands that play in the brutal death metal style but use clean vocals, none that come to the top of my head. The closest you can get is the Melodic Death Metal, which is essentially power metal with balls. They still growl but most bands use clean vocals half the time too.
In Flames (stop after Clayman, definitely. They aren't even the same band anymore.)
Dark Tranquility
Soilwork (Some say to quit after Natural Born Chaos, I actually like some songs released after that period, it's still just enough like melodic death metal to feel the same. Your choice.)

No. Real death metal has those screams. However, the band Death (pioneered the genre) have better sounding vocals than most. Your closest bet would be Testament. They are a thrash band that became sort of death metal in the 90's. Nowadays he uses both the death metal growl and the thrash vocals akin to James Hetfield

Hmmm, one of the most distinctive things about death metal are the deep and/or growled vocals, so
My Dying Bride come to mind, they aren't necessarily death metal, they are more of a doom metal band, however they are commonly associated with the death metal scene, they have some rough vocals, but mostly deep baritone vocals and they aren't as fast as death metal
You might want to check them out.
Dark Tranquillity are a bit faster than MDB, and they are the same in the sense that they mix clean and rough vocals.
In Flames, the same as Dark Tranquillity.
And others like this are:
At The Gates, Amorphis, Act Of God, Martyr, Deadsoul Tribe, Nevermore.
Give them a try, see what you think :)
Hope I helped!

I can't believe that no one mentioned fear factory in the mix! They started off as death metal early on and Burton C. Bell was the first (death) metal vocalist to employ both death growls and clean singing.

Growls and grunts define death metal. Death metal without the vocals isn't death metal. Although there are bands that can be classified as death metal that use clean and distorted vocals.
You should try different genres especially old school thrash namely bands like Sodom and kreator. Meshuggah comes recommended as well.
Thrash and deaths main difference is the vocals you can find tech thrash and groove thrash. Good luck
