Would this amp work good with these subs?
I'm unsure about hooking this amplifier up to a pair of subs I'm looking at.

There's the amp
I'm not really sure because the amp is a single channel, which means it is meant to power 1 sub.
Would it work with 2 subs?

The amp in your link is a Sony monoblock that claims to output 600 watts RMS into 2 ohms. The subs in your link are 10" Alpine Type E's, entry-level subs with a 250 watt RMS power handling rating.
Assuming that the amp and subs are in good working condition, you should have no problems.
Monoblock amps are not "meant" to power just one sub. You can connect as many subs as you have the power for, as long as the impedance matches. A pair of SVC 4 ohm subs in parallel presents a 2 ohm load. Wire them to the amp like in this diagram:

As to whether they will sound good or not, that's up to you. Alpine Type E's are good subs and with that much power, they should hit really hard. The seller says the box is not the best but the subs sound "amazing". 10" Type E's need a minimum of 0.75 Ft^3 of airspace in a sealed enclosure.

ya, it will work, but cant be to much help on wiring or anything like that they didnt give enough info in the listings, but it should be in about the rated power area.
