What is a reasonable price of a starter (including labor) for a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee...?

    A rebuilt starter is about $65. I can swap one is less than on hour. I'd say $150 is a fair price to pay to have one replaced.

    I'd expect to pay about $130-150 for the starter, then another $100-150 for labor from a trustworthy independant mechanic. The cost will be higher at a Jeep Dealer.
