ok in 50 first dates he's singing Lucy a song. they're sitting on a boat and he's improvising the lyrics. What's the actual song?

I just watched this the other day! You're probably talking about when he sings "Forgetful Lucy". According to imdb.com, it actually is an original song written by Adam Sandler. I can't find anything anywhere that claims the tune is taken from anything else.
