Can a phone under your pillow cause cancer or similar?
I read somewhere it could from the radio waves, I sleep with my iPhone under my pillow for the alarm. Any ideas?
Cheers

Studies have not shown a consistent link between cell phone proximity and cancer, however there has been some suggestion of a link between cell phones and brain and central nervous system tumors.
Under your pillow is probably not the best place to keep your cell phone while you are sleeping. Get a cheap digital alarm clock at the dollar store and put it on your nightstand.

Electromagnetic energy does not cause cancer. Don't worry about it.
Cancer can only be caused by substances which alter the molecular structure of the organic compounds that make up your body. Radio waves do not do this.
