Has anyone else noticed the double character that have been on in short stints?  Lily played the woman Jack paid hedge fund $ back to.  Rose (Prim) is that Esther under that red wig? or is that Lily too.  And the Hawaiian Bro is that not JT??  And I'm pretty sure Heather was Victors housekeeper on a recent episode.  Anyone else observed this?
