First trip to the range tonight with all my gear, Why is my TAC bag so damn heavy?

That's a reasonable amount of stuff, be realistically it will be heavy. Guns and ammo aren't excactly light. Also really depends on the type of guns too. Two large steel framed revolvers will feel a lot difference than a two sub-compact polymer framed guns. All depends on what you're carrying :).

What kind of guns?Like someone else said if you have 2 heavy revolvers shooting high power ammo Vs 2 small .22 lrs it will be a big difference.

Only 200 rnds? Must be a short rang session. It will seem heaver than it really is because you have all your gear in one little package so the size to weight ratio will seem higher.(Yeah I know, like that makes sense).

My guess is, someone is having a bit of fun at your expense. Once you remove the 10lb weight someone stuck in your bag, it'll seem a whole lot lighter.
