Boyfriend/Husband knowing your pregnant before you?

My boyfriend thinks i'm pregnant. Cycle starts Dec 27th, that was a 26 day cycle. I've had them as long as 37 days. Most common is 30-32. I believe I usually ovulate around 14th day, by discharge. Not sure if I did this month. We had unprotected sex Jan 1st, and 15th, few times since the 15th. Also used pull out method the rest of the time. So I have sore boobs which i've had before my period. I was put on Clindamycin which I took 2 days and stopped because I felt like ****. I feel sick to my stomach, headache, had a slight rash, which I put down to side effects. He thinks they're pregnancy symptoms. Also hot flashes. Has your guy known your were pregnant before you? Even when i've had longer 35 day cycles before he never said "You're pregnant". Even when I felt sick before he never said "you're pregnant". He's been saying this to me all day and telling me to test. I'm afraid to, but oddly because I think it'll be negitive. But we're not trying to get pregnant. We just aren't preventing really either.

My boyfriend knew I was pregnant before I did. I was experiencing the same symptoms as you and he wanted me to take a test, but I kept refusing. Anyway, one day at work I called him and asked him to bring home a test, and viola! I was already 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant.

I think it's a beautiful thing when the partner knows, it's like they're so in-tune with you and your body because they care so much :)

    Goodluck!

  • the first time i got pregnant, i was on the pill, not trying to get pregnant obviously, but at the same time i didn't mind if i did. i didn't really have any signs at all, except i got a little stomach sick twice and that was it, one night we was watching tv and my fiance was like "yeah, i think your pregnant", and i thought he was joking, after that we went to walmart, got a couple of tests, and sure enough it was positive. we went to the doctor the next day to get it confirmed with a urine test and then a blood test and was about 3 or 4 weeks then, but it ended in a miscarriage. when i got pregnant right after that i was the first to know, we was trying, and i was taking tests weekly (i bought a ton of them on ebay for a good price) after the miscarriage to see if my hormone levels was back to normal or not as the doctor said it could take a while for it to regulate and could even go down enough for a negative and up for a false positive, well after the 2 negatives, the following one was a positive which was a true positive, that feb. 7. we now have a beautiful 3 month old daughter born oct 21, 2010.

I think its possible for your partner to be more in-tuned with you then you may think/realize. some men deserve a break, as the good ones who care enough, actually pays attention and really know us so they notices things that we would probably not pick up on or just ignore, which is probably why your bf may think that you are, or it might be wishful thinking for him. don't be afraid, take a test so you'll have your answer and then you'll know what to do from there.

One of my BFF's, when she was pregnant with her second child, her husband put his head on her tummy and told she was pregnant with a boy. Not long after she found out she was pregnant. Then they found out it was a boy. Had me stumped.

My husband however is not that in tune with my body, lol!

  • My husband, and I both "know" before we have proof. He knows because he says my breasts look bigger, and I know because of the symptoms.

Only way you will know for sure is to take the test:)
