flat stomach, toned body in 1 month..end of febuary....?? help please. :)?
Firstly here is my goal:

i dont wana b just some skinny twig i want to be slim and have muscle like how u can see tht avril has abs kinda at the side i wnat to have muscle like tht...in pic one and the other pic is just so u can c some more pics...of other people to :)
i want to be healthier and feel btr and more confident and nt be able to b called fat bu tim nt fat i just have a lil tummy i have a bit of a tummy and sides and i wana be able to wear a bikini and feel good and wear a waist skirt and feel good wearing stuff tht isnt bagggy over my tummy i always wear sweaters and stuff tht doesnt show off my tummy...here is my routien:
i will be doing 2 things from everysection but cardio i'll just do the dance so it'll all take bout 1 hr then on weekends and holdidays i'll be adding in 1 more cardio thing and if i have time a seventeen mag routine.
i will be starting as soon as my cold is gone and my sholder is better hopefully this weekend. :)
heres the sectionsim chooosing from i like havin the choice and i equal it out..t.hen i'll b doing 50 situps when i wake up b4 i leave my room or do anything...
sides:
1. 30 side crunches (2 reps)
2. side-->middle-->side bends (30 sec. per rep)
3. torso twists (1 full song)
4. hip flick (30 each side) (2 reps)
5. hip circles while turning (1 song)
6. hip circles while standing still (1 song)
7. side raises (bend side to side while standing up straight) (cans in hands) (30) (2 reps)
8. lie in sit up pose and touch ankel then other slightly up (sholders off floor)(30 - 2 reps)
9. standing oblique crunch (bring leg and elbow together same side)(30 per side)(2 reps)
stomach:
1. crunch-->extend (40 reps) (staing off ground crunched to back legs and back off floor balance on butt)
2. 30 legs up crunches (2 reps) (legs up on chair)
3. 30 reversie situps (2 reps) (bring legs into chest and hips/butt off ground crunching abs)
4. 30 frog sits (2 reps)
5. in-out (contract-expand) stomach exercise (30-2 reps)(standing up-contract stomach)
6. mermaide situp things (30 side -->side)(30 side-->middle-->side) (keep legs off floor)
7. 20 (2 reps) the rocket (like bycicle crunches but legs are straight)
8. pike plank (plank-->raise butt)(30-2 reps)
9. in-->out (30-2 reps)(siting crunched in kinda like # 1 but u dont have a ball under ur feet and a pillow behind ur back)
legs:
1. 30 legs lifts (2 reps)
2. pleays (legs apart)(40 reps then 40 in down pose side to side)
3. together pleays (40 reps)
4. togheter tippy toe pleays (40 reps then 40 rpes side to side while down)
5. lunges (forward-->back)(20-2 reps)
6. chaire sit (arms out)-->lunge(leg out back)(arms straight out)(30-2 reps)
7. grand pleay (stand legs together-->side leg out-->pleay)
8. sissor legs (open-->front-->back)(20 reps)
arms:
1. 20 pushups (full)
2. punches forward (1 song)
3. lift a heavy can (10 infront)(10 up-->down)(2 reps)
4. backward pushup with leg (10 each leg up)
5. pushup-->side plank (pushup-->side-->pushup-->other side)(20)
butt:
1. leg sweeps (30)(2 reps)(per leg)
2. dog leg lifts (30)(2 reps)(per leg)
3. skater (low squat pose -->go to side leg behind other)(step to side put opposite leg behind)(then step other way)(30-2 reps)
4. skater in place (crouch hips back) (leg back-->side) (30 per leg)(2 reps)
5. penjulum (small ankel kicks -->big leg side kick)(30-2 reps)
cardio:
1. 30 min dancing
2. skipping (2 songs)
3. jogging onthe spot (2 songs)
4. jumping jacks (2 songs)
i dont have dance class anymore but i will most likely be doing a 1x a week hip hop dance class tht starts feb 3rd and goes to i think just b4 spring break sometime in march...:) its 6 weeks i thinkk.... .

Kudos to you if you can do a full 20 pushups, not many women i know can do that. Its hard to tell if youl be able to acheive that since we dont know what you look right now but i assure you if you do that with a good diet you will see great gains.

theres this thing called the 3 day diet, google it and itll give you the list.
it really works cuz i lost like 30 pounds just the first month.

You weigh 104 pounds and your complaining at 17? ahaha im like 20 pounds a lot less and in undemanding words many years youthful! identity say your nice. yet you should attempt sit down united statesand ab routines i do those. and plus operating! i run track and that i ave a impressive toned abdomen!! (:
