Do plants have souls? Yes? No?

i think yes because plants are living things anything living should have a soul

It's pretty much impossible to test if something like a plant has a soul. Responding to stimuli is different to a soul. I think the general belief is that they do not have souls.

Genesis 2:7

And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the BREATH OF LIFE; and man became a living soul.

according the Scripture, only man is priviledged to have a soul. Plants respond to the sound vibrations.

We can believe what we want. Some vegetarians believe animals have souls and will not kill an ant but when they get Giardia lamblia they rush to the doctor to get the critter killed. Where is the Beef? You can eat at Taco Bell? I am a hypocrite I eat Squirrel Alligator and turtle which taste a lot like chicken.

Now that we can believe that plants have souls we know how horrible it is to chop up celery and eat it raw suffering no ill effect. When the Mandrake plant is dug up it screams and kills all who hear the scream. That is what you get for being a Vegetarian. What have you been smoking?
