Definitely 'yes'. America would not have remained a mere spectator when the entire Europe was being grabbed by Nazis and Fascists. It would not have allowed Pacific passing into the hands of Japan. If not Pearl Harbour some other development would have made America enter the War.

You could go on forever with this. America wouldn't have gotten up the Japanese nose's. No Pearl Harbour. America would not have been the Industrial Giant that saved the 2nd.W.W. Britain might not have gone to war with Germany over Poland and Germany's natural enemy wasn't The UK, it was Russia. That probable outcome could have been a German Empire which stretched from Schelzwick-Holstein over to Murmansk and The Bering Sea. Japan does similar and rules all of South East Asia, China, India and Australia.
There was a huge anti-war lobby in the US in the late 1930's. Like so many other, later wars, America's entry had to be manipulated and Pearl Harbour, in that respect, was a God-send.

It would have been very difficult to get the US into the war, without Pearl Harbor.
The Constitution specifically limits us from declaring war unless to put down rebels, (as in the Civil War), or in self-defense. Therefore, if you look it up, even in situations where we appeared to be the agressor, there was some border incident or mishap that triggered war. Which is why in the latest Gulf War, Bush and company continually stressed Weapons of Mass Destruction; to sell the idea of a pre-emptive strike, lest we be attacked very soon...The idea of an imminent attack played a good substitute for an actual attack.

Probably not for a while longer. We were helping in the European theater with shipping supplies to England, etc, but ignoring the Pacific area. Americans were exhausted from WWI and were very reluctant to get into another war! We probably would have allowed the Pacific alone for a while longer. We were interfering politically in the world arena against Japan's conquests in Indonesian Islands. Japan's Admirals advocated striking Pearl Harbor and wiping out America's Pacific fleet. But Admiral Yamamoto said, " No, That would be like attacking a hornets' nest!" He lost out and that's exactly what happened!

Pearl Harbour happened because Japan thought America's entry into the war was inevitable. So yes.

No unless FDR could find another Excuse that would Have Rallied the Isolationists
and assuming there was No war in the pacific
WW2 would have been over in 1943 with Britian Using all Its recources from the Empire in Europe and invading europe as planed in 1942 with about 3 million more men

Roosevelt grew to become into helping Britain in the past Pearl Harbor. Congress grew to become into strongly against entering into the conflict. Roosevelt ought to not declare conflict without Congressional approval. My wager is that the U. S. could have sat on the sidelines.

Probably. US warships were already under fire, protecting US flagged transports headed for Britain, and the sinking of those ships while protecting neutral vessels likely would have caused the US to declare war upon Germany anyway, although it might have taken another six months or so.

No one will ever know, things that have already happened are impossible to say if things had been different.
I think that in the end they would have joined, but a while after.

I think eventually they would have joined in because of helping Great Britain.
