Can you help me with a Meth problem?

Hello! I'm having this problem that I need help in; maybe you guys can help me. This problem has been going on for a while (6 years), my uncle who has been living with us since he was a teenager is a Meth user/addict, and its been destroying our family with fights between my parents and my uncle. We have tried helping, but he's always refusing the help or just lies that he isn't doing any drugs. My parents are in the brink of divorcing because of this asshole, but since my mom recently lost a sister, she doesn't want to lose another family member. In truth, even though I hate him when he is high, my uncle is a pretty cool person when he is sober. I don't want to see this person die. Do you guys have any suggestions on helping him kick the habit? I will really appreciate the advice. Thanks!

Update:

I have personally tried looking for help in some other places like calling rehabs, but I never get far. The prices are extremely high ($10,000+ each month), and I believe m parents will never be able to afford it.

If you and him are cool with each other, even just on occasion, when you get a chance explain to him how cool he can be and tell him what you're thinking and how much is it hurting you and your family.

Maybe realizing that he is worth something will get him to at least think about quitting.

Or talk to your parents about it and tell them how you don't want your family torn apart. Maybe they can figure out a way to get him help that works.
