Im getting a mole cut out of my back on Wednesday, and the doctor thinks it is a melanoma.?
I'm only 23, i never go in the sun. I have been looking on the internet for the past week and all i see is really bad things on melanoma. I know it's not a good thing but can anyone please tell me something more positive or is it really all bad. Please help me im not sleeping, i cry all the time. :(

Stop spooking yourself with internet info. Your doctor is doing the perfect thing..it is being removed. There's every chance the results will be clear then. It is not 'all bad' at all! Be cool until you know something and then trust you are in safe hands and everything will be done to keep you safe. People survive this - and worse- all the time. Don't worry...until the pathology report on the mole comes back.....the earlier they find something the better chance to cure it
