Are there any programs I could do over the Summer if I am a Senior in high school considering med school?
I am going to do pre-med next year but I wanted to know if there were any programs I could do like a camp or something this Summer that focused on med school. I live in Missouri. Mizzou has a thing called mini med school but that is only for Juniors. So I was just thinking of something like that.

Many universities offer courses in biological sciences to High School rising seniors. John-Hopkins, for example, offers courses in cellular biology. These look good on your college application (assuming you get an "A") and give you a (temporary) edge over other Medical School aspirants.

I would check with the univ. you want to attend or any com. colleges around (that would be cheaper & easier for you to get admitted to)
