My parents are split, if one was to kick me out would the other be legally binded to keep me there? if so could you please site reference.

you need to check that with your local law enforcement they may be able to help but the other parent will only be able to take you if they want you or if the law says they need to. if they are unfit you will not go to them you will go to a trusted relative or even into foster care. unless you have a very close friend who is willing to put you up. i hope you dont get kicked out. it sucks, trust me

No they can surrender you into state custody if neither of them feels they can deal with you.
