My girlfriend had copper T inserted 8 years ago. She never had it removed.?

We never thought about it. Now we want a child. I am scared if keeping CT inside for so long may cause problem.

Update:

@ Rameshwar -- Thank you so much! It is much of my relief. But are you sure there is no problem?

I don't know where to respond you, so I have written here.

Update 2:

@Yanni --- Yes, she is still my gf. But does that make any difference?

ok i think we need some discussion into it.

first of all, copper-T is not inserted into a lady who has never been pregnant before(in medicine we call her a nullipara), so the doctor who inserted the copper-T wasn't right about the decision. however if she has had no signs of infection - lower abdominal pain, foul-smelling vaginal discharge from vagina, high fever- then she is probably safe. repeated attacks of infections due to a copper-T can make a lady infertile.

secondly, copper-T are of different types. Copper T-380 can be used for 10 yrs. It protects against infancy for 10 yrs but others like Copper T-200 or other devices last less longer, around 5 yrs. Then they don't act, just stay there. since ur gf hasn't got pregnant so far, i guess she has a copper t-380 inserted.

so what do u do? well u go to a gynaecologist(yes a gynaecologist not a general physician) and ask him/her for advice.

what the doctor will do? he/she will probably counsel u,explain things better than i have done and remove the copper device...

there's nothing to be scared of as of now..but i recommend u see a doctor as soon as possible.

    i hope it helped...

It would have been automatically ejected

if she had not felt itching or allergic conditions

CT380 remains fit for 10 years

The other IUDs are replaced once in 3 years

Copper T works well for two to three years after this it should be changed.

It may cause several complications so please get it removed and after a month

    it can be inserted again.

I even tend to purpose to not have faith in curses, because of the fact many times circumstances i've got faith we are our very own worst enemy. in spite of if, I do have faith in existence something is possible. i think of it somewhat is variety of closed minded to think of that "curses" or somebody wishing you harm can't impact you in some way. in spite of if it somewhat is psychological, the damaging feeling is amazingly genuine. you will get rid of the curse your self. I extra some hyperlinks under. i wish one in all them facilitates. save a great out seem on existence. advantages and calmness..... study the 1st hyperlink first. It tells you slightly approximately how we ourselves could make curses "genuine" by using utilising the way we expect of and consider existence. in case you nevertheless sense you're able to desire to solid a spell to launch the curse...circulate to the different hyperlinks.
