Akk that many allergies suck, that must be awful to live with :(

Corn flour (to replace wheat flour)

protien supplement (like body builders use, to replace egg white)

rapeseed oil (to replace egg yolk)

    margarine (to replace butter)

    Might work, might not.

Whole foods and Stop and Shop (I'm sure other stores too) sell King Arthur brand gluten free baking mixes. Also, a gluten free all purpose flour.

My daughter is milk, soy, wheat and peanut free and that is what I use for her. It is a new product, and it works/tastes fantastic! (Seriously, I wrote to the company to thank them because it is just so good) You might still need to use an 'egg' product, so I would try a Whole-Foods type natural store and try to get the powdered egg substitute. That's what my dad's girl friend uses.

My daughter's milk allergy isn't bad enough where she can't have butter. But if your nephew can't have reg. butter get goat's milk butter from Whole Foods.

    Good luck! :)
