What's the point of trolling?

Some people are socially retarded in the real world and take that anger and frustration out on those who cannot hurt them or they have other issues involving family, conflicts, who knows. A troll is deeper than you think. we must not offend the trolls of the world, we must help them. Break their habit and teach them the ways of pleasant polite people.

Some people just love anarchy, chaos and hate.

It depends dude. The trolls on Yahoo suck cause none of them are original an there not funny. When I troll someone I do it to someone who deserves it so they end up looking like an ***. A lot of people here are really arrogant and should be taken down a peg but not everyone so its retarded to piss everyone on the board off with questions.

The purpose of trolling is to make everyone angry at you and get a reaction. But there are also funny trolls who say sexist things meant as jokes. Sure to you it may be mean but to them it's funny. I think trolls are people who don't get much attention in real life so they say mean things on the internet so they will be the center of attention.

People start trolling that as soon as they learn how to use a computer. It's become mainstream.

I find it funny. Some of it is too mean even for me to find it funny, but for the most part, it's the very silliness of it that makes me laugh =)

And it's nice to make people laugh, so they're not REALLY mean.

It ISN'T funny; they just want attention, and the quickest way to get it (if you're not all that bright) is to troll.
