Do you eat three meals a day?

i only eat 2

And im 19 and weigh 101

Do you think i need to gain weight?

If yes, how much weight, and how coul i gain the wight.

I dont eat sweets.

    I am eating more than 3 meals a day, usually 6 meals a day but only lunch is the heaviest.

    Weight doesn't really matters unless its affecting your health but it should be ok as long as you are healthy and happy.

    I do hope your 2 meals are the most important meal of the day - breakfast and a late heavy lunch so can keep you full till the next morning.

    Everyone has different needs and requirements to stay healthy so maybe its best for you to check with a nutritionist or doctor for professional advice.

    Yes I do eat 3 meals a day. You need to add more info before we tell you to put on weight, its not just how much you weigh, but your weight in comparison to your height, and also gender plays a big part as men weigh more. So if your a 5ft1/5ft2 girl and your weight is fine, or you could be a 6ft guy and therefore have definitely gotta gain weight. It's all to do with your BMI (Body Mass Index)

    I eat three main meals and two smaller "snack"-type meals. It is recommended that you eat about 6 meals every day. How much YOU should weigh depends on your height and body type, and also whether you feel you are healthy. Gaining weight by eating junk food should not be recommended by anyone. It is not healthy. You can gain weight by eating healthy but calorie dense food like nuts, avocados, etc., and working out (for muscle mass).

    I mainly used to eat TWO plus nuts and some fruit from time to time.. but recently I've started eating three main meals or Two meals and sweets.. which isn't good, i know, but I musta be changin

    I eat about 6-8 small meals a day just to keep my metabolism going.

    Most days... I usually do have 3 meals for the most part, though.

    Well, we would have to know how tall you are to know if that is the "healthiest" weight for your hight. I suggest using an online BMI scale.

    well i eat 2 times a day but that isnt healthy for me cuzz i when throught a time period that i was like turning skin and bone but now i eating lol
