I can't swallow pills.
I mean't is it safe and effective to chew them, as opposed to swallowing them.

Not a good idea to chew them or break them up. This changes the way they are absorbed by your body and can make them be absorbed faster. This could lead to negative effects.

Why do you need to take sleeping pills anyways !
Try this - go for a short walk , drink some milk - its one of those foods whose natural composition lends itself to making us a little sleepy naturally.
If that won't work - do some pushups 25 to start, rest 3 min , do another set, ect.
Avoid sleeping pills because they are addictive , then you'll need amphetamines to wake up, which after a while become inaffective and you need more. This is a road most who have travelled on whish they hadn't ....good luck!

i don't be attentive to how plenty you devour, whether it strikes me as particularly extreme on the carbohydrate area, esp. the rice, lentils and beans (assuming it is white rice). Nuts, even the unsalted form, are very extreme in energy. could be constrained to a handful. i don't think of you opt for for supplements, yet whilst what you devour sounds healthful, it does not ask your self me in case you probably did not shed pounds in this weight loss plan. for sure ingredient administration is top.
