If USA had a Fascist leader become President in 2012, wouldn't economy rise?

It would not be run the same as Hitler's Germany though, I'll explain. It would be like this:

1) The Government would COMPLETELY STOP all unemployment insurance, welfare, completely!!!! CUT, no more...OUT OF THE BUDGET. You have no job, Govt will encourage citizen to help citizen, but no more Govt handouts at all.

2) The US Government would expell all Americans who are in jail for more than 5 more years.....they would be flown off soil and left to fend for themselves. No sense paying for these people at taxpayer expense.

3) For the manufacturing sector, there will be no regulations any longer, and no minimum wage, and no 40-hour workweek. Unions will have 0 rights. The only law that will remain illegal will be employing children. If it's between 0 jobs and lots of low paying jobs, we'll take the latter...it's common sense.

4) Repeal Healthcare Reform

5) Temporarily remove environmental regulations, at least till we have an economy. People come first. Nobody's dying from global warming here.

6) We will tell the straight truth as it is. There is NOT enough money for social security and medicare to remain funded long-term, no more games. Face reality, cut this budget down and start cutting benefits in 10 years, raise retirement age to 75, sorry.....we're in a bind, it's REALITY!!!!

7) Now.....with all this gone, with all this gone, impose a Fair Flat Tax of 20%........that's it!

8) Now you want to start a business, few regulations, if you want to do anything yourself, open a shop across the street, whatever..... do it....no tax burden, no Govt in the way......

manufacturing jobs would also be back, low pay, but better than non-existent......

then we would expand education and a whole series of jobs under the banner of Defense and once you join you must serve.....and it would include a compulsory education program.....

if we did all this....we would massively get America out of a lazy messs......it would come with a cost but at least then we wouldn't be lying to ourselves..... the results would be real
