Planning A Disney Wedding?

****Everything is based on Disney Availability the day, time, and location for one and second determines what they have planned that day.****

Second if you book your location at Disneyland CA My original location has been changed several times. You should be able to have it there, but i was informed that my venue was overbooked even though i booked it in 2008 for my 2010 wedding which has been postponed twice now my wedding appears to be taking place in October 18th,2012 at the earliest. I was told i could have my wedding on a Disney Cruise Liner or waiting 3 years on the waiting list.

So shouldnt we be able to choose things like Onboard Deck 7 over looking the sea or Castaway Cay Beach.Deck 7, cadilliac sessions &lounge is 2500 in price and you get 45 minutes for your ceremony/reception combined not including the 14 day cruise which is another 8k,Castaway Cay is 3500 you get 90 minutes +14 day cruise.

Additional Details =)I like the water i wanted to go for the QE2 look kinda like Parent Trap the one w/ Lindsay Lohan in it, but the cruise liner is retired. The Cadilliac Sessions and Lounge would give me that same feeling.

I just don't wanna have fillet mignon (Steak) with my tilapia salmon on the same plate next to one another lol with a damn salad. WTH im paying 24,000 that includes my dress and everything and the 14 day cruise trip to europe (italy, london, ireland, the honey moon) castaway cay beach,st.croix, jamaica are the the primary ones lol.My wedding will have some small children in attendance so i requested a few disney characters but there only allowed to attend receptions for 30 minutes WTH.

I want to have something like this: Think Olive Garden =)Artisan bread basket,Salad,Pasta dish, but we have already chose the beverage option are fine curvee fairy tale cocktails -champagne,merlot red wine, and some vodka drink called pink paradise. the cakes are wht one w/bavarian cream filling the other pumpkin spice filling.

Help!!!!

I need ideas for dinner reception think Olive Garden?I need ideas from brides planning there dinner menus

Update:

I wanna be able to watch broadway show with my sons who im adopting their coming home october 8th,2012.So i wanna have the wedding ceremony around 2:30 pm with reception around 4 pm ish lol

formal dinner seating is at 5:45 pm with the show at 6:15 pm lol. They don't include photography but allowanced it in 1800 for my personal photographer i'll get 8 hrs of footage. Disney wanted to charge $800 for pictures of us at dusk or early morning in front of Cinderella's Castle. So i inquired about the ceremony being there that would have been 65k. I wanna take my picks during the ceremony but also at dusk night time.

Update 2:

Some wedding guests are allergic to sea food and since there will be children/elderly grandparents over the age of 80 will be attending i would prefer something that not cooked rare but fully.

Is this a wedding? If you want to take your guests to Disneyland, by all means do so. If you want to go on a cruise, go for it. Why are you planning to squeeze your wedding vows into the middle of a day at a fun park? You are paying exorbitant rates for a wedding that you don't like. What for?

Have your wedding on a date that is important to you and your fiance. Have it at a central location so that your guests can enjoy dressing up to attend the ceremony and the reception. Does Olive Garden have a location that has a guest room large enough for the number of guests who will attend? Will they cater your wedding if held at another location? I agree that Olive Garden food will be better than fillet mignon served to a large number of guests, It will not be hot and will not be cooked to the degree of rareness or doneness requested by your guests. In short, no one will enjoy the food that you are paying a fortune for. Plan the activities that you want instead of having to accept the activities that have been planned for that day. Have the food you want for the luncheon/dinner rather than accepting what they say they will serve. Rather than paying a fortune for a couple of Disney characters who show up for 30 minutes, hire a caregiver of your choice to entertain the children for the entire period of time from beginning of ceremony to end of reception. If the children are only entertained for 30 minutes, their parents will have to excuse themselves only moments after having sat down to go pick up their children.

If you want to go on a honeymoon cruise with all of your wedding guests in attendance, do so after the wedding. It will be less expensive and much more enjoyable.

What is your question?! There is so much extraneous detail here that it makes no sense. Why would you want to feed your guests Olive Garden-like food when you could serve them filet mignon, tilapia or salmon? That doesn't make much sense. Your guests would prefer to eat the filet, I'm sure!

I think that you got sucked into the idea of a Disney wedding and are paying way too much for poor service. You could have had an amazing wedding on the date you choose with the menu you want for what your paying if you were willing to have it some where nonDisney.

You rather have Olive Garden than fillet Mignon? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a rant and besides, if what you want is bread with pasta, you need no help here. You just want attention.
