Clear notice of a dispute, meaningful investigation, disclosure, and timely review of all pertinent facts, a fair evidentiary hearing with live witnesses and scientific expert opinions before an impartial and qualified tribunal dedicated to thoughtful deliberation, and appellate review by a superior tribunal dedicated to upholding the rule of law.

    ...the tyranny of the majority.

I used to believe justice was obtained through the rigorous practice of law. Now I understand how laws are made and realize justice is impossible because the process of law-making has been corrupted by political parties.

I think a punishment should match the crime. For instance what Bernie Madoff did knowingly, the lives he effected with lies, should have cost him his head and those we employ to oversee such things should have lost their jobs. The other end of spectrum is if kids want to go deep into the woods of alaska and drink beer near a fire - just let them.

What a extraordinary question. Faith is, of path, the form that one's worship takes. For that reason there are hundreds and hundreds of forms. Faith entails a process of religious beliefs and practices. The article of the faith is also false gods or the genuine God. For this reason, there is false faith and there's true. Religion can get very fancy or stay easy. Within the former case, corresponding to it's in these days. In the latter case, such as it used to be within the garden of Eden. What then is worship to me? How do I worship? To worship manner to obey. And to obey means to worship. The two are intimately related; indeed, they're coterminous and cannot be separated. Particularly, to obey the Sovereign Lord God Jehovah of Armies is to worship Him. I do my imperfect fine in this regard. I fall on my face and get again up to check out and check out again. Within the garden of Eden, provided that they obeyed Jehovah, Adam and Eve were worshiping him. No temple, no Mosaic legislation, no meetings. Easily go away the tree of the abilities of excellent and dangerous by myself. Easy. The minute they disobeyed, they stopped worshiping Jehovah. Identical with the nation of Israel. The minute they attempted to apply a syncretistic faith they stopped worshiping Jehovah. The minute they made the golden calf, they stopped. And on and on. To worship is to obey. To obey is to worship. Hannah J Paul
