If you close your eyes for a super long time will you burn calories ?

    Your eyes are closed for a long time when you are asleep. Have you lost weight?

    no good idea though, in fact when you are resting/sleeping, your metabolism slows which means you will burn less calories.

    try, when you are sitting or whatever, bob your feet up and down, fidget, chew gum sometimes :D
