I have an Emachines Windows XP computer and after I tried to do a system restore the computer has been in this infinite loop of retiring itself . When I restart it , it just goes to a black page with white script text that says "NTLDR is compressed" . I don't know what this means and I don't know how it even became compressed in the first place .

I'm making this dress myself . What would I use to make the skirt part stick up on the sides like that ?

In this picture it is only sticking out on the sides . I'd like it to stick out all around like a tutu . Basically just the type of skirt you see on most adult costumes . If you could suggest a tutorial video or instructions , that would be great .

Windows movie maker froze so I force closed it . When I opened it back up it didn't ask me if I wanted to recover my movie (which it usually does) . Is there anything I can so to find it ?
