If you were to choose a dish to bring to a SC potluck, what would it be?

sunshine salad (orange jello with shredded carrotts)

It depends....usually I will make an enormous pan of a chicken spaghetti I make that has a cream sauce rather than a tomato sauce as the "goo". It always gets eaten...and people even scrape the container for the last bits.

I also make a killer macaroni and cheese that everyone hits pretty hard whenever I make it. It's another thing that there are never any leftovers to take home with me.

Every potluck I go to gets a pot of Cowboy Bubble-Bath.

I am better known for my sweets that savories so I would bring a from scratch fresh strawberry pie (if strawberries are in season) or a from scratch cheesecake.

I would bring 3 bean salad, copper penney carrots, potato salad, or Googy fudge cake.

I'd make a couple of great fruit pies. My momma taught me how and mine are close to as good as hers.
