I had unprotected sex with an escort and I'm worried about an STD?
Things were getting really hot but junior had other ideas. I got soft and the condom started to pull off, so I took it out and pulled the condom off. I thought she would get another condom, but instead she started giving me bareback head. As soon as I was hard again, she moved up and pulled me into her. I know it was risky and stupid, but I just kept going till I got a shot on goal. Now I'm worried - I don't have any symptoms of an STD, but I should get checked. Has anyone else gone through this? Are doctors in Canada required to report positive results to public health?

STDs do not always have symptoms, because of this they can linger for years without detection. In America as a provider you are required to report only certain diseases to a public health official. I am sorry I do not know about Canada. However they are required to respect your privacy and be discrete. The only reason it needs to be reported is to make sure you are not a risk to the general public and to ensure the proper action is being taken. I would suck it up and get it checked if you are worried. You will sleep better tonight.
