I have a NEWS, how can I report to media?
I'm just discovered a foreigner singer stole the beat of the American anthem Star Spangled Banner, and then replace the English lyric into his language, turn our national anthem into some kind of crappy teenagers' love song. Personally, I think this is a serious offense. Beside, some singers of this country are known for stealing people music for years, so they need to be teach a serious lesson. Please help me if you can. Thank you.

The tune to the American national anthem was stolen from an english drinking song anyway. So, by now it is probably public domain.
