I eat 10-15 eggs daily mainly in omelette's or sometimes boiled with pasta. Is this bad for me?

i train at the gym also 4-5 times a week and eat the eggs as they are a good source of protein, it the amount of cholesterol in eggs clogging my arteries?

    You need to read this free ebook about the right stuff to eat to lower your cholesterol.

    you can do a google search for the words: "cholesterol too low" to recieve the free ebook.

    yes, that is WAY too much cholestrol to be having on a daily basis!
