Weird symptoms? What could it be?

My friend has been getting severe headaches really easily and pretty often. She gets dizzy easily too. She has even fainted a couple of times. Then, tonight, she got really dizzy and her arms felt numb. She was coughing alot and having a hard time breathing. Any idea what this could be?

    Fever, she cud b pregnant, diabetic, dehydrated

    ............She maybe suffering from LOW BLOOD pressure.

    ...Most of the symptoms seem to illustrate this and she should visit her Doctor at once
