Girls NEED Your Advice, do I have chance with this girl?

Theres this girl I like in my college class (community college) that I befriended. She goes to class with her best friend (who I also befriended) and normally they are always talking to eachother. Last week they friended me on FB and I found out that the girl I like has a BF (I think she's a cool girl though and has a nice personality so I continued to befriend her and joke around with her a little on FB). Anyway today her best friend wasn't there so I sat next to her and we talked the whole time (15-20 minutes). The teacher didn't have a lesson plan ready so he let us go early. Then we walked out of class and talked more. She mentioned her wanting to get a drink and I asked if she want me to keep her company while she got the drink and she said ok (nonchanlantly). We got the drink and we both started to walk out to our cars. I asked her what she had planned besides clubbing on Friday. She told me shopping and buying flowers. I asked her why and she said she was buying them for her BFs mother because her BFs mother took her to a flower convention recently. After that she said that she hates BFs mom and her BF. I was surprised and responded "you hate both of them". She said yeah and I asked her why she's still going out with him and she said she doesn't want to break up with him before his birthday. After his bday though she's breaking up with him. By then I reached my car and we said goodbye. Is this a sign of me having a chance? I'm not going to say she likes me because I'm not sure if she just being nice and that's part of her personality (she also mentioned in class once weeks ago that she has a hard time saying "no" to people. What steps should I take to telling her I like her? I won't see her for 12 days because of spring break starting.
